Storage & Serving Suggestions
Best Served Fresh
Spicy jalapeño smash burger tacos taste best right after cooking while the tortilla is crisp, the beef is hot, and the cheese is melted.
How to Store Leftovers
Store cooked beef tortillas without lettuce, jalapeños, pickles, onions, or sauce in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Keep toppings separate for the freshest texture.
How to Reheat
Reheat in a skillet over medium heat until warm and crisp again. Add fresh jalapeños, lettuce, pickles, and sauce after reheating.
What to Serve With Them
Serve with fries, potato wedges, onion rings, coleslaw, pickle chips, corn salad, avocado salad, tortilla chips, or a simple green salad. For game day, set up a spicy topping bar with extra jalapeños, hot sauce, pepper jack, pickles, and burger sauce.
