Storage & Make-Ahead Tips
How to Store
Store leftover teriyaki noodles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 to 4 days.
How to Reheat
Reheat in a skillet or microwave until hot. Add a splash of water, soy sauce, or broth if the noodles seem dry.
Can You Make It Ahead?
Yes. Chop the vegetables, cook the noodles, and whisk the sauce ahead of time. Store everything separately, then stir-fry when ready to eat.
Best Meal Prep Tip
For the best texture, keep the sauce separate until reheating. This helps the noodles stay less sticky and keeps the vegetables fresher.
