Storage & Serving Suggestions
How to Store the Tea
Brewed jasmine tea can be stored in a covered jar or pitcher in the fridge for up to 3 days. Keep it unsweetened until serving if you want more control over the final drink.
How to Store the Pearls
Brown sugar pearls taste best fresh and should be served the same day. They become firmer as they sit, so cook them close to serving time for the best chewy texture.
Best Way to Serve
Serve the drink cold with warm or room-temperature brown sugar pearls. Add the pearls first, drizzle syrup inside the glass, then add ice and jasmine milk tea.
What to Serve With It
Serve with mochi, butter cookies, sponge cake, fruit cups, egg waffles, matcha desserts, ube treats, strawberry cheesecake cups, or light café-style snacks. It also pairs beautifully with brunch plates and sweet afternoon treats.
