Crispy Bang Bang Salmon Bites – Easy 30 Minute Recipe

Storage & Make-Ahead Tips

How to Store

Store leftover salmon bites in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Keep the sauce separate if possible for the best texture.

How to Reheat

Reheat salmon bites in the air fryer or oven until warm. Avoid overheating because salmon can dry out quickly.

Can You Make Them Ahead?

You can whisk the bang bang sauce ahead and store it in the fridge. Cut and season the salmon shortly before cooking for the freshest texture.

What to Serve With Them

Serve with rice bowls, cucumber salad, cabbage slaw, lettuce cups, avocado, steamed broccoli, edamame, roasted vegetables, tacos, or crispy potatoes.
