  • 1 large bunch Swiss chard, chopped

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream or half-and-half
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Reserved pasta water, as needed

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Reserve 1 cup pasta water.
  2. Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet.

  4. Add Swiss chard and cook until wilted.
